During the checkout process you will be presented with shipping alternatives and the cost of these alternatives.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically ship within 24-48 hours after being processed Monday through Friday. Occasionally, due to manufacture's backorder status, shipping within 24-48 hours is not possible. While this is rare it is unfortunately out of our control. If we are unable to ship any item in your order with 24-48 business hours you will be notified by email.

Return Policy:
We do not accept returns for products that have been used or removed from the manufactures packaging. Requests for returns must occur within two weeks from the order. All returns require a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). To receive a RMA # please email us at sales@2ndgearstore.co.za and include the following information:
Order number.
Reason for return EACH item
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed once the merchandise is received. No returns without an RMA# will be accepted.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges also require a RMA # and as with returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Read the 'Return Policy' for information on requesting an RMA #. Requests for exchanges must occur within two weeks from the order. Exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee. Straight exchanges will be processed once merchandise is received. However, to expedite an exchange a "purchase and refund" process is available. No exchanges without an RMA# will be accepted.
